I’m a creative thinker that is passionate about creating excellent products and customer experiences. I leverage my communication skills to efficiently manage projects and provide relevant information to key stakeholders across the globe. I was forged professionally in a startup background, so I’m able to thrive in dynamic work environments and quickly align to the goals of the company.
I translate. Between creatives. Between creatives and engineers. Between the customer and the executive stakeholder on the monthly call. I help companies accomplish projects by increasing communication between creative staff and executive stakeholders, and translate the needs of the business back to the illustrator who couldn’t care less about the current share price. I’m also an advocate for customer voice in experience design, and am quick to ask if this new widget is something the customer asked for. And finally, I’m a digital artist by trade. Need a quick mockup? A rendering of that product that doesn’t exist yet? I can do that.
Communication is of the utmost importance in bringing a project to life. I’ve had the privilege to manage multiple teams simultaneously developing multiple products and have always found that communication equates to success. I’m very comfortable working with cross-functional team structures in order to achieve project alignment and completion.
I’m very passionate about connecting customer feedback with operational systems to improve product satisfaction and usage. The best way to build any product or experience for a customer is to truly listen to their needs and feedback. This includes carefully examining their journey with your brand and constant evaluation of how you can improve upon it.
With a background in visual effects and digital art, I’m able to provide support to creative projects wherever possible. My digital skills include design, photography, videography, 3D modeling, and product rendering. I can also provide creative direction and have experience in value proposition analysis.
